The Pranic Healing Research Institute is calling all institutions, organizations, and researchers to submit a research proposal for a mini-grant to advance Pranic Healing using evidence-based research.
The PHRI mission is to deliver quality scientific research and enable practical applications of Pranic Healing to advance health, well-being and quality of life. Pranic Healing is the world’s fastest growing complementary therapy using energy. It is practiced by hundreds of thousands over the whole world.
The grant may be used to complete ongoing research projects or initiate new research projects on Pranic Healing.
Scientific poster on Reduction of Pain with Pranic Healing in Geriatric Emergency Department: A Randomized Studywins first place at the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine (AIHM) Annual Conference. The poster was presented by Glenn Mendoza, MD at the annual conference in San Diego, CA on November 2, 2016. The research study was performed by nurses and co-authors, Lauren Khalifeh, R.N., and Linda Flar Lund, R.N. at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Patterson, New Jersey.
“This award honors Pranic Healing Research Institute’s (PHRI) progress to advance evidence-based research in Pranic Healing in a clinical setting," Dr. Mendoza said. “We look forward to working collaboratively with AIHM to make integrative patient-centered health a world-wide standard.”
This year PHRI joined AIHM’s Association Leadership Council to actively collaborate on a broad range of Integrative Medicine research and initiatives aimed to transform how we understand health, wellness and disease conditions.
